adwords piracy policies: editorial oversight, or just oversight?

Down at the bottom of Roger Ebert's review of Star Wars III, suntimes.com runs the following Google ad (among others):

So we're left wondering ... is this a genuine ad for an illegal download of copyrighted material? Or is it a simple case of ad copy that is totally misleading? Either way, the Adwords team needs to address it before 20th Century Fox's legal department or the MPAA buries them deeper than a tie fighter in a Degobah swamp.
